Built on Trust... No Binding Contracts or Service Agreements

At Camo Pest Control, we value the trust that’s built between us and our customers. One of the things our customers appreciate is that we don’t lock you into a contract or service agreement. Instead, we work on a foundation of mutual trust – you can count on us to help solve your pest issues, and you get the best results by staying on your recommended treatment schedule.

When treatments are done routinely, a strong protective barrier is maintained around your home.

If services are skipped or only scheduled as needed, that barrier breaks down and pest issues can return. Because of this, we don’t offer a warranty or free callbacks outside of a regular treatment plan.

Callback Policy
If a callback treatment is given, please keep in mind that the next scheduled treatment will still be performed on your regular schedule, not from the time of the callback treatment. For example – if you have a quarterly treatment in June and a callback in July, we will still come for your normally scheduled treatment in September. Please remember that callback treatments are not meant for the sighting of a bug here or there but a more persistent issue. If too many callback treatments are needed to get your desired result, it may indicate that you need to be on a more frequent treatment schedule because of your environment. If you utilize a callback treatment and then choose not to stay on schedule with treatments, callback treatments may not be offered in the future.

Repeat Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens – emergencies come up and plans change. We are happy to offer flexible scheduling and do our best to accommodate your needs. However, when appointments are canceled or rescheduled at the last minute, it can be difficult for us to fill that time slot, which impacts our technicians and scheduling for other customers.

To help us serve everyone better:

Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Customers who have a frequent history of last-minute cancellations or reschedules with 24 hours or less notice, may be asked to pay a non refundable deposit to secure future appointments. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours from your scheduled treatment, your deposit will not be refunded or applied to future appointments. This helps ensure pay for our technicians time slot and fairness to all clients.
